Our fellow here cashed out by correctly predicting what's called a "superfecta" — that is, picking the race's top four finishers in order.
A superfecta pays well regardless, but our lucky winner also got an assist from the elements this weekend. Wet track conditions threw a wild card into this year's Kentucky Derby, circumstances that typically help long-shots have more of a chance against horses with better odds of winning.
Indeed, a couple horses with verylong odds to win finished in second and third to make our mysterious gambler's bet that much more lucrative. Here's a look at the race's official results.

As you can see from the screenshot above, the superfecta paid out $75,974.50.
