Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi made her feelings clear at the conclusion of President Trump's State of the Union address on Lady MoonTuesday.

She ripped up a copy of the speech and tossed it aside just as the president concluded his remarks.

Asked by the press why she ripped up the speech, Pelosi responded with a dig at the president.

It was just another moment of tension between Pelosi and Trump in a night full of them. The evening started out by the president snubbing a handshake offer from the speaker when he arrived to deliver the address.

The White House quickly responded to Pelosi's decision to tear the speech, claiming that "her legacy" was now tied to ripping up the things Trump mentioned in the address, such as "one of our last surviving Tuskegee Airmen."

Trump's speech on Tuesday was rife with reality-TV-ready moments, including a surprise reunion of a soldier and his family and the first lady awarding conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
