Sick of huge phones? An Affair – Young Stepmother (2019) Here's one that's quite the opposite.
Jelly, the so-called "world's smallest 4G phone" according to Shanghai-based Unihertz, is absolutely tiny compared to phones like the Galaxy S8 and iPhone 7. Don't let its small 2.45-inch screen fool you, though, because it's plenty powerful.
SEE ALSO: This gorgeous bezel-less phone is from a company you've never heard ofAvailable in white, blue or black, the phone has all the features of a full-sized Android smartphone and even runs Android 7.0 Nougat with access to most of the Google Play Store apps.
It's got a 1.1 GHz processor, up to 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage (expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card), and two nano SIM cards. For cameras, the Jelly has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera.
The Jelly's most impressive feature is its three-day battery life.
The Jelly's most impressive feature, however, is battery life. Unihertz claims up to three days of "average usage" (hopefully that doesn't mean voice calls) and up to seven days of standby time from the phone's small 950 mAh battery. In comparison, phones like the iPhone 7 (1,960 mAh) and Galaxy S8 (3,000 mAh) only last 1-1.5 days on a single charge.
Unihertz says the phone's perfect "anywhere that a large, expensive and delicate smartphone is impractical — good while traveling, working out, or for kids."
Here's the Jelly next to an iPhone 7 Plus and Coca-Cola can for scale:
The phone was launched on Kickstarter earlier this month and has already raised more than $180,000 as of this writing. The Kickstarter price is $69 and planned retail price is $109 at launch.
