We're lucky to live in a time when fitness trackers can give us useful insight into our daily lives, and the Apple Watch models consistently offer top-of-the-line features. For starters, the Apple Watch Ultra is built for durability, made with a corrosion-resistant titanium case. It also uses Apple's brightest watch display yet, with a retina display that's easier to see in bright sunlight. Designing this model with adventure-seekers in mind, Apple added in water-resistance of up to 100 meters in depth.

The compass app can be especially helpful during your summer adventures, with details that include elevation, incline, longitude, and latitude. You can also mark waypoints within the compass to have easier access to backtracking while on your way home.
