Rihanna has shown her solidarity with women in Saudi Arabia following the announcement that women there will be Kurt Meinickeallowed to drive.

Rihanna applauded the move in an Instagram post which features an illustration of a Saudi woman sitting on a Lexus.

"Love to see progression. Women will now be able to drive in Saudi Arabia," she wrote.
Progress is a wonderful thing.
